We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The item must be undamaged, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear or use.
- All tags and original labels must be attached.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following are non-returnable:
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
- Custom or personalized items
- Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or accidents after delivery
- Wholesale or bulk orders (unless defective or incorrect)
- Earrings, undergarments, or other hygiene-sensitive items
- Digital products, if applicable
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged on arrival
- Faulty or defective
- Not the item you ordered
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item, showing the damage or issue
- A brief explanation of the problem
We will offer either:
- A full refund
- A replacement at no additional cost
- A store credit (your choice)
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
We will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with:
Return instructions:
- Return address (note: items must be sent back to our fulfillment partner's address in China or other international location)
- You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You’ll receive an email confirmation
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take longer to reflect in your account
We reserve the right to deduct shipping fees or restocking fees in some cases.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, color, or size:
- Please return your original item for a refund
- Then place a new order for the item you want
Important Notes:
- We are not liable for lost returns. Please use a trackable shipping method
- Refunds are not issued for packages returned due to unclaimed parcels, incorrect address, or refusal to pay customs fees
